Te'Hillah School of Urban Ministry is a Christian educational institution located in Jamaica, NY. Since its establishment in 1997, Te'Hillah has been committed to providing quality education with an emphasis on the word of God. From beginners to postgraduate studies, we offer a range of courses to meet the needs of our students. Our school is run by Dr. Caesar Cabiness and Vice President Rev. George Halloway. We strive to create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and spiritual growth.


At Te'Hillah School of Urban Ministry, we provide an expansive cirriculum that covers a broad range of Bible subjets. Our goal is to equip our students to face the challenges of 21st Century life and culture through a Bibecentric lens, and to develop a deep understanding of problems surrounding urban living and ministry. Through our Victorous Christian Living Bible Studies, we seek to help our students elevate their lives through Christ.

Our vision is the see the decrease of biblical illiteracy by providing the spiritual and academic tools necessary, thereby building up the people of God to work the works of God, through the Word of God, by the aid of the Holy Spirit.

Our Mission

It is our mission to prepare members of the body of Christ with the biblical tools and knowledge necessary to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. By teaching the inspired and infallible Word of God, people are provided with real and relevant, biblical accurate training, encouraging them to stay in the Word, live by the Word, and to be empowered through the Word.
